how do I get a coke store display job?
I love to lay things out.
Simply apply for a position online with Coca-Cola. The job you are referring to is called "In Store Merchandiser" and it is a pretty neat job although the pay is not that great starting out. The driver delivers the product to the store and you have what a blueprint to follow (called a "Plan-o-gram") that gives you the exact way the display is to be set up, including height, width and what product is to be where. So you do not get to do any creative designing on your own. However, often you will have to co-ordinate with the store manager who may want it in a different spot or already have something close by that WILL call for you to be a little creative. The thing is, the company will expect you to get a certain number of displays accomplished each day and you'll have to go to a number of stores invariably.
