Which temperature for baking in Pampered Chef stoneware?
In a recipe that says to use one temperature when baking in a glass or metal pan, and another temperature in a dark or coated baking dish, which would you use when using Pampered Chef stoneware? I think you'd consider it dark or coated? Thanks.
I looked at the PC site, and there is no answer online. If you find something different, please share the information...that's why I asked here--just looking for a real, honest answer...not some lame, sarcastic answer as the first and 3rd person answered.
stoneware, no matter the brand conducts heat pretty well so start with the lower temperature. If the dish is not quite done bake it longer.
