How do I enhance my rag doll costume?
I do not want to buy a 40$ costume. I was thinking more along the lines of a 10-15$ value village costume made from bits and pieces.

aight so i notice pigtails are a must...

first of all find a dress...or depending on your age and size find a mens big button up t-shirt u can use as a dress.
find an apron that you can possibly cut up if you need to to go for the affect you want.
find a matching collard shirt that color matches the apron you bought.
find or make some bows for your pigtails! (if you get a guys large button up shirt and are crafty with the sewing machine and you cut and sew the shirt to fit you can use the left over fabric to tie as bows in ur hair!)
buy striped socks that match!
and if you want to do the little white leg bloome type things (as the pic im going off of) you can buy some cheap white pj pants from ROSS or something and cut them off to desired length!
then get some white gloves!
and have fun with make up! like the in pic im going off of her smile she extended it out as if stitched on!
