How to use silicon bakeware? HELP?
im making brownies in a silicon cupcake bakeware thing.. [they're heart shaped, and my boyfriend likes brownies.. haha..]
so how do i use it? and can i bake brownies in a Cupcake Pan?
also, do i need to grease the silicon pan?
Just pour a little brownie batter in each cupcake mold. Yes, a little grease in there wouldn't hurt. Just make sure you reduce the bake time a little since they are divided individually and not a solid mass like baking brownies in one large pan. The hot air in the oven will circulate around them and cook them faster. Just check on them often until done.
