How to loose a little tummy at a younger age?
People say it's easier to lose weight at a younger age, but that's no always true. I'm 13, 5'5 and weigh 140. I calculated my BMI and I know that I'm not "Over weight," but I'm afraid that if I keep up regular eating habits I will be. I have a little tummy but I suck in my stomach so people say I look lighter. I'm not interested in shrinking down to a 110 or something unhealthy like that, I just want to lose the tummy so I won't have to keep sucking it in. Because, like it or not, sucking in your stomach does start to hurt after a wile and its nearly impossible to do in waist belts or tighter shirts. I just want to be able to wear those things and stop running away from beach party's and Bikini's. Any tips for a healthy eating and/or exercise plan?
If it comes in a box, don't eat it. Soda? stop drinking it. Drink water and eat all natural stuff. Not the "organic" garbage store try to sell, but simple natural foods. Also, run. A lot. Or do jumping jack, mountain climbers, jump rope, or any other for of cardio daily. By the way, you can't just lose fat from your stomach. It is called spot reduction and that is a fitness myth. You will lose fat everywhere, including your stomach.
