Not sure which is best to use- gum paste or fondant?
I have used fondant before but only as decoration (i.e. communion hosts, poker chips) I need to cover an entire cake. It will have to travel an hour and a half in a car up to the cottage. I would like to keep it in the fridge. I don't want it to sweat and I don't want it to wilt because of humidity. What is better to use? I have also been told that fondant cannot go in the fridge?
