What are really good foods to eat when you are sick?

I have a fever and sore throat and a stuffy nose. no i don't have swine flu i just feel really crappy. I'm hungry and I don't know what to eat. Have access to a conv. oven, microwave, and a stove top oven. Please help!

Plenty of liquids (try mostly water as this fills you up).
Dry toast (no butter, greasy).
Soup mainly, chicken soup etc.
