How can I get an imported picture to print in color in Microsoft Word?
I've typed a document in Word and imported a color picture. When I print it, it comes out in black and white, even though I'm printing on a color printer. What gives?
Sounds like a printer setting or problem. In Windows go to your Printer and Faxes list. Right click on the printer and click "Properties."
Click the "Advanced" tab. At the bottom of that window choose "Printing Defaults". In that window make sure the "Grayscale Printing" button is unchecked. Make sure Word isn't set to print in Grayscale. Otherwise it may be a printer or ink issue.
