Can you replace Baker's Chocolate with oil and cocoa if you're not baking it?
I know you can replace melted baker's chocolate if you're baking something, but I have a pie recipe that just needs refrigerating, and I was wondering if oil would ruin the texture. Thanks for your help!
For each oz of chocolate called for, use 3 Tablespoons of cocoa and 1 Tablespoon of butter, margarine or other solid shortening.
